Burning Cedar Indigenous Foods provides a wide variety of catering for events both large and small: a la carte orders, buffets, family style meals, coursed and plated menus. This catering menu serves as a starting point, but we love doing custom menu creations based on YOUR needs and preferences!

 

Our dishes can feature exclusively pre-contact foods or a blend of both indigenous and post-contact foods, ranging from ancestral recipes passed down through generations, to original contemporary recipes inspired by traditional techniques and ingredients. It is our priority to use local, seasonal, tribally sourced and sustainable ingredients in every way possible. Through sharing food and fellowship, we seek to increase the visibility and understanding of Native foods.
